Warren Nunn Appointed to the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank Board of Directors
MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Warren Nunn, president and chairman of Security Bancorp of Tennessee Inc., was elected to serve a three year term on the Memphis Branch of the Board of Directors for the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank.
Security Bancorp solely operates Bank of Halls, Security Bank, Bank of Crockett, and Gates Banking and Trust. Bank of Jackson and Patriot Bank are also affiliated with the holding company Security Bancorp.
“Warren has always been a strong leader. He has served on various boards around West Tennessee, and he has always added a sense of knowledge and direction to any board he has sat on. It has been my pleasure to work with Warren for over 17 years,” said David Hayes, President and CEO of Security Bank. “Not only is he on the Board of Directors for all of the holding company’s banks, he has been on boards for Baptist Memorial Hospital, Dyersburg State Community College, and Union University. Everyone knows him, and knows he will perform his job requirements to the max.”
The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis serves eastern Missouri, Arkansas, southern Illinois, Southern Indiana, western Tennessee, western Kentucky, and northern Mississippi. There are three branches located in Little Rock, Memphis, and Louisville.
